CHASTITY

I had to post this! I am having a really hard time adjusting to sleeping on my side. I have ALWAYS slept on my back...with my hands crossed over my chest...basically, it looks like I am dead. Anyway, I convinced Frank to let me purchase a pregnancy pillow to assist with my sleep positions. I got it in the mail yesterday, and I love it! The catch? IT'S HUGE! I dragged it into bed last night, and Frank freaked out! It seriously is like having another person in bed with us. For this reason, I told Frank that we should name it. You guessed it...it's name is Chastity! LOL! My husband absolutely cracks me up! I was laughing SO HARD. Here are some pics of our newest addition:

OUR LITTLE GIRL

Hi Everyone! As you all know, Frank and I found out last Friday that we are having a little girl. This was EXTREMELY unexpected. We made the technician check three times, so I guess we should not have been surprised that she noted "Parents in Denial" in our chart. Frank actually knew right away. I don't know if it was his nerves, or what, but as soon as she got the first shot, he said "Oh my gosh, it's a girl." My only response was "Honey, that's a picture of her head", to which he replied "Oh".

The technician said that we photograph beautifully, and she was able to get some fantastic shots of our cutie pie. We saw her stick her tongue out several times, which is probably because we've been calling her a boy this entire time. She even waved at us!!! She had her little ankles crossed the whole time (GOOD GIRL). Her heartbeat was 156. She is petite...still in the average range, but on the lower end. She was 8 ounces, and 5 1/2 inches. It was so surreal to see her little heart beating, and to see her moving around so much. Frank and I LOVE HER SO MUCH ALREADY. It's crazy how much I think about her. Daddy went and bought her her first outfits...two onesies. And, we purchased four packs of Pampers newborn diapers over the weekend (Thanks Lauren!). We just cannot wait to meet her.
