FEBRUARY 18, 2011 (DAY 232)

So...today was not a very good day.  When we picked Maezy up from Miss Debbie's on Thursday, she was beginning to show traces of a minor rash.  Well, when I went to get my pumpkin up this morning, the rash was absolutely terrible.  I ended up sitting outside of the doctor's office 45 minutes prior to them opening, without an appointment, because we were a little worried.  Apparently, Miss Maezy is allergic to penicillin.  She was taking antibiotics for her ear infections (both ears again).  In addition, she had RSV again as well.  So, Dr. Chavez pulled her off the antibiotic, and told us to give her Benadryl.  We ened up in the emergency room on Friday night, because her breathing was so rapid.  They suctioned her out, and after a LONG four hours, we went home.  Through all of this, Maezy was an angel.  She never cried, just fussed a little here and there.  We seriously have the best baby in the world!
