MARCH 29, 2011 (DAY 271)

I have to tell y'all a quick story about Maezy's newest doll (below).  First off, her name is Libbey :)...just keeping with the 'ie' theme!  Anyways, we took Maezy to Toys-R-Us on Sunday, just to get out of the house for a bit.  She likes browsing through the store, and looking at everything.  We occasionally will hand her a toy, and let her play with it for a few minutes.  She never fusses when we take a toy away from her.  To sum it up, she is very well behaved.  BUT...we took her down the doll aisle for the first time on Sunday.  She cried genuine tears because she wanted a baby so bad!!  Didn't matter which one, just as long as she had one to hold.  We were cracking up!  So, we decided to adopt Libbey.  Such a girl!

MARCH 27, 2011 (DAY 269)

When I went to straighten up Maezy's bed this afternoon, she could not stop laughing when I would shake her 'silkies'!?  Kids think the littlest things are funny!  Thought y'all would enjoy hearing her crack up!

MARCH 26, 2011 (DAY 268)

Today, we went to our friend, Crea's baby shower.  Maezy had a great time interacting with everyone, especially with little Gus!  She was exhausted by the time we got home!

ARMY CRAWLING!!!! - MARCH 25, 2011 (DAY 267) CONTINUED

MARCH 25, 2011 (DAY 267)

Maezy is always reaching for our toothbrushes, while we are in the middle of brushing our teeth.  Today was no exception.  So, this morning, I decided to give Maezy her very own toothbrush.  She played with it for a good 5 minutes (that's a LONG time at this stage, trust me)!

MARCH 23, 2011 (DAY 265)

We're pretty sure that someone is going to be crawling ANY DAY NOW.  She has mastered going from a sitting position to her hands and knees...we'll keep everyone posted, and will take video when she becomes mobile.
