JULY 23, 2011 (DAY 22)
We hadn't seen Rodi in FOREVER, so she came to visit us on her day off! It was a lot of fun!! Next time, please don't wait so long to come see us!

When Maezy and I pulled up to the house, we heard "Turkey in the Straw" playing outside. We ran out to the street to see where it was coming from, and it was an ice cream truck!! So, Maezy got her first ice cream from the ice cream truck man :)

Daddy Mitch & Lita had to go home...and, Maezy wasn't too happy about that. We are so grateful that they came to visit us. It was such an awesome trip, and we can't wait to see y'all again. We love you.

I know that I've told everyone how much Maezy LOVES my cowboy boots. Every morning, she goes into my closet, pulls them off the shelf, and says "boo" over and over again. It's adorable, really! I wanted to get her a pair of her own for her birthday, but decided not to. Well, Lita really wanted to get her her very first pair of boots for her birthday...so, now Maezy is the proud owner of a pair of cowboy boots (which are way nicer than the ones I have)!

Daddy Mitch brought Maezy a Dodgers hooded towel. So, we let her try it on for size.
